RESOURCE FAIR: Registration Deadline: October 6th, 2014
We invite your nonprofit organization or business (for profit) to participate in the Resource Fair that will take place that day from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Set up begins at 10:30am. We are expecting over 1100 youth from all over California and beyond! Your organization’s participation in the Resource Fair event would provide an excellent outreach opportunity to LGBTQ youth. All organizations that participate in the Resource Fair will be listed in the conference App & program with their Web URL link. Also, we would like to encourage you to be a sponsor of this important event. E-mail Michael Ferrera at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Once your form is processed, we will send you a final confirmation with directions for checking in, setting up, and parking. Note: we provide volunteers to assist you in transporting your materials to and from the conference site. We ask that all display materials and items to be handed out be age appropriate.
